Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how the Mac Profits application at macprofits.com (the "Service") collects, uses, and protects information. The Service is a private, internal business-analytics dashboard used only by our own team.

1. Information we collect

• Advertising data — campaign names, spend, impressions, clicks, and conversion metrics retrieved from the Meta Marketing API and Google Ads API for ad accounts we own or manage.
• Order data — order totals, line items, shipping, tax, and fulfillment data from our own Shopify store, used to compute profitability.
• Account data — usernames and hashed passwords for authorized team members, and Telegram usernames for bot access control.

The Service does not collect data from, or about, members of the public, and does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. A single session cookie is used solely to keep authorized users logged in.

2. How we use information

Data is used exclusively to calculate business metrics (profit, ROAS, breakeven cost-per-acquisition), display internal dashboards, and manage our own advertising campaigns. We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties, and we do not use platform data for any purpose other than operating our own business.

3. Meta platform data

Data received through Meta APIs is used only as permitted by the Meta Platform Terms: to provide analytics and campaign management for the ad accounts and Pages we are authorized to manage. It is not shared with, or sold to, any third party, and is retained only as long as needed for reporting.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored on access-controlled servers. Access requires authentication, connections use HTTPS/TLS, and API credentials are kept in server-side configuration, never exposed to browsers.

5. Data retention and deletion

Aggregated metrics are retained for internal historical reporting. To request deletion of any data (including data associated with a Meta account or Page), contact us at the address below and we will delete it within 30 days.
