These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Mac Profits application at macprofits.com (the "Service"), an internal business-analytics dashboard operated by the owners of this website ("we", "us").
Mac Profits is a private, internal tool that aggregates advertising and e-commerce performance data (including data retrieved from the Meta Marketing API, Google Ads API, and Shopify) to compute profitability metrics and assist with advertising management for our own business. It is not offered for sale or for use by the general public.
Access is limited to authorized team members with credentials issued by us. You may not share credentials, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, probe or disrupt the Service, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or revoke access at any time.
The Service connects to third-party platforms (Meta, Google, Shopify, Telegram) using authorized API credentials. Use of those platforms remains governed by their own terms, including the Meta Platform Terms and Commercial Terms. Actions taken through the Service on those platforms (for example, creating or editing ad campaigns) are the responsibility of the authorized user who initiates them.
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Metrics shown (profit, ROAS, breakeven figures) are estimates for internal decision-making and may be inaccurate or delayed. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or ad spend, arising from use of the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
